Onze hotels zijn gebonden aan een extern en onafhankelijk certificeringsproces dat certificeert dat onze hotels voldoen aan een aantal criteria voor duurzame hotels. Deze certificeringen, zoals Green Key of Green Globe, behoren tot de meest veeleisende en algemeen erkende standaarden op de markt. Om deze certificering te krijgen, moeten hotels voldoen aan een uitgebreide reeks specificaties, waaronder met name

• Duurzaam beheer: implementatie van een duurzaam managementsysteem en een plan voor continue verbetering om te komen tot een steeds duurzamer verblijf.
• Zorgen over het milieu: afval verminderen en plastic voor eenmalig gebruik uit de klantervaring verwijderen.
• Sociale en economische zorgen: actieve steun voor lokale ontwikkelingsinitiatieven en deelname aan het gemeenschapsleven.
• Cultureel erfgoed: lokaal erfgoed helpen beschermen.
